Videokonferencing at KTH.

At KTH we have two main different videoconferencing options available.

1. For video conferences with less demand for high quality but emphasis on cooperation we have the web-based Adobe Connect Pro Use http://connect.sunet.se and login with your KTH identity. (choose Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan) in the list first). Se this info: Adobe_Connect_at_KTH

2. For higher quality videoconferencing. We have a Tandberg system with a central videoconferencing bridge (MCU) and the "Tandberg MOVI" software. This allows you to have meetings from PC and Mac. At various places at KTH there is also "Video Conferencing Studios" or units, with better quality.

On the MCU there are "rooms" available for meetings they are called by numeric.

Cameras: To be part of a videokonference on a PC or Mac you need a camera. The builtin camera on a laptop will normally work with both Adobe Connect and MOVI.
